Shipping policy
When will my order ship?
Orders for shipping may take up to 7 days to be shipped out. Please plan accordingly. To ensure you receive the freshest treats possible, we ship no later than Wednesday, so your treats get to you quickly and are not held up in a postal facility over the weekend.
When will I receive my order?
Once your order has shipped average delivery times are 2-5 business days depending on your region. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. We do not take responsibility for orders that have been marked delivered but may not have been received. We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking number to make sure someone is home when the order arrives. Treats are best enjoyed as soon possible!
Why hasn't my tracking information updated?
Tracking information isn't always real-time. Shipping providers might delay updating the tracking locations by several days. Rest assured, your treats are still on their way and is probably further along than it looks.
What if I accidentally input the wrong shipping address?
Please email us at: hello@bakeuppastries.com as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped we are unable to make any changes to the delivery address.
Will the price appear on the order?
No, the packing slip does not include the price or receipt of payment.
What if I want my order shipped and delivered on a certain date?
Although we try our best to ship out orders as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee what day your order may arrive on.
